How Do Plastics Change Over Generations?
Plastics have been around for a fraction of the time that they're modelled to exist. They've only been really around since forty six, write 19, forty six in the way that they are now. And then more modern sort plastics may be since the seventies,. So that's only forty years out of like a thousand or ten thousand. In a lot of ways, it's hard to tell. What we do know is that when they hang out in sunlight or in ascitic conditions, or in abracive conditions, so like going up and down shore lines in the waves, they fragment. When they get really, really, really small, we're actually just researching that now
