Eric Schmidt, who was the CEO of Google for a while has a very famous quote in our world. He said, everyone needs a coach. And I suppose in some ways, I think that's true because I think every person has capacities inside of them that you can't see. You are only coachable or most coachable when you're actively seeking out coaching,. not simply if someone, you know, tries to wrangle you to the ground and give you some coaching unsolicitedlythat you like acquiesce.
