In junior high school, the tendency was to compare everybody. To this day, even though aesthetically a lot of his music is not to my taste, i think it's utterly profound. I had to go back actually and listen to some of the period zeppelin records that i had ignored because i was all off into jas rock and jas music when, like, houses of the holy was a big record. But at the time, i didn't, didn't have any interest.
