The Pros and Cons of Amsterdam
Amsterdam is renowned as being such a progressive city, at least in terms of social policies. Why or how was it unable to become more progressive on land policy and usage? And you would think that we had everything in place for doing that because the city owns most of the land. The funny thing is that they never leveraged this for social and ecological purposes,. They mainly leverage it as a cash cow for the city coffers.
