I don't quite buy the thesis that Dan has just proposed as the last point that China sees Russia as the demolition agent and pushing forward first. I see China as actually being pushed to be with Russia right now because of the tightening of the United States and the NATO Allies and the Pacific Rim Allies. As the United States gathers its allies, China is looking for the ally and Russia is the biggest ally in Asia. So I really can't see China sort of not sort of casting Russia aside and that's how it has become. And I think Europeans want to have strategic autonomy. They want some pole. In Asia if you ask us to all think there's a multi-polarity emerging
