When you were working in customer service, I was learning more and more about the paper. The VP of Operations at the time asked me to kind of help with a project. And because I was doing that, it was something that Scott O'Neill was overseeing as publisherof the paper. So I was presenting the information to him and eventually presented it to Bill. He brought me out to lunch one day; he said, hey, I want you to become my assistant.
