How to Scale Your Risk Management
Sally Kohn: Risking theory is that the risk management fails and you just take the full loss. So there's a balance between aggressively scaling versus the max loss, right? She says she has had bad slippage events but nothing like any more than two-and-a-half to three times the premium. But in general, "you're taking a massive amount of leverage and risk," said Kohn.
