I think that training for alite strength and performance strength and power is so similar to training for happy hormons. We're trying to put the least stress on the body and get the most out of it. I still program my programmes for three days a week, because i know people like that consistency in their routine. You only need one to five rips to really get things done if you are showing up with that intensity,. utilizing load and utilizing those superimportant movement patterns.
