I Think the Word Legislature Isn't Taking Seriously the Methodology That Certainly an Originalist Would Claim to Engage In.
In 20 15, in a case for the court upheld the arizona independent registrty commission, he wrote th dessent. But there are ways of distinguishing that. And ruche came later. I'd like to think that, in light of the unbelievable amount of historical research that has actually come out since the 20 twentiet election, that somebody like justice cavanagh, who says he's an originalist, wold really take a second look.
