The Five Lenses of Feedback
Each lens is symbolized by a color and a word that starts with the same letter to help people remember. Green stands for gather. P stands for purple or propose this is asked what can be imagined it's about creativity new ideas. The second lens of feedback is our red which stands for rip what's wrong This is about constructive critique what's not working or what might not work. And finally there's the orange lens which stands for own which is about making a choice making a decision to stand for one thing at the expense of a thousand other things.
