The Worst Property I've Ever Been In

Hudson is in Newark, Ohio, just about 45 minutes east of Columbus. The first day I stepped inside the property there was no toilet or shower. It was just like a big warehouse off the back of the house and it was just piled with trashjust everywhere. So I estimated there we have to be 35k and I knew immediately like that wasn't gonna work.
