Freakonomics. Think in like a freak. Will this guy give me a dollar for the bagel on the honor system? Maybe not. They have a whole thing with incentives and like, it turns out people cheat way less than you think they do. It just seems like a very unique situation that I'm not sure you can really say anything about humans propensity to cheat based on this.
