The Importance of Perception

I don't know what you would say to skeptics on that front who say, all I sort of have is this potentially flawed system of senses that I used to try and investigate the world. So it's not that we're just sort of imagining everything. There is a real external world. And as a very different world out there, or maybe even nothing at all out there, it's just not a very productive way to look at things. It gets us quite far in understanding the world and our relation to it.
