Hiring Mother's Helpers - I Love That
i love mother's helpers because you and your husband were there. You're getting support for the kids so that you don't have to worry about, is the snack time? Is it nap time? Did somebody fall and needs a bandade,. like all that stuff. So i think we havikan 11 or 12 year old come over. And because they're younger and don't have as much experience, we don't need to pay them as h right? They get the experience in baby sitting and caring for a kid - which can help them get higher paying jobs later on.
