How to Organize a Conference
It takes at least six months to do a proper conference of this size. The people in the town in the cities we're going to need to do this stuff for us. We have a small team that's now moving around to all conferences and essentially helping them out. That's also my role. I can delegate this work and make sure that it actually happens.
