What Are the Negatives?
Many languages, by the way, prior didn't even have writing systems. Many languages in the union had no er codified writing system. The soviets came and made codified writing systems of different types. Which, on one hand, can be seen as limiting. And like to give an example, lot of the central asian languages used to be written in the arabic script. But then they exactly, they change it to the serilic one,. which is a limitation one way, but it's also pragmatic on the other these are many different positives that existed, which are interesting ad and should be recognized.
