The Dark Night of the Soul
Sally Kohn: I went through a dark night, which I would like to qualify as "a bonafide dark night of the soul" She says she didn't know who she was anymore and had self-harm fantasies. After talking with her friend about it,Kohn realized that feelings come from this up are unconscious. The exploration of desire causes suffering but can also lead to hope for better things in your life if you're open to them.
