The Importance of Being Curious
I'm curious when I think about how often you talk about the classroom of daily life. But it made me also wonder what traits you look for when you're hiring for people into your department, full comms, full policy for public affairs. In my book, I have 10 principles. So it's fairly simple, but I think they're powerful. And one of them is the importance of remaining curious,. to be a question-asker, to seek out new horizons and challenge oneself.
