The Seven Day Mental Diet Process
We first start with accepting self except ourselves the way we are, and recognize that we have the ability to draw from within the ideal perspective. By having these simple filters with us throughout the day, it allows us to practise the conscious use of the two gifts, speech and mind. It also prevents drifting, or reduces the drifting. And it also contributes to a higher degree of consistency. So let's tie this all together. A person picks a task or ject for some reason, they recognize a lack of consistency, or overwhelme with ideas. They can then integrate the seven day mental diet process by recognizing that they're not their thoughts that're transcendent to their thoughts.
