The Importance of Egalitarianism in the Church

The only role that a woman's allowed to have in the church is is the office of secretary essentially in kids ministry. That's a classic approach that you often see in more extremely conservative churches. The second approach that we reject is what I would call a true egalitarian stance and now egalitarian there are many people under the egalitarian and the hierarchical they still sit under the umbrella of orthodoxy their brothers and sisters.
