Is It a Weakness in Business Approach to to Human Centredness?
Designers are given a red carpet to work, somewhat car blanche, into areas they don't perhaps understand. The whole kind of alement that as a practitioner, you could walk into a scenario that you're not ready for. And i think what we are talking about is a willingness to recognizeb both of yourself as a perpetrator of of some harms,. But also recognizing what have i done so far? And what am i doing internally to try to get me a little further ahead so that i don't make this harm again?
