The Definition of Monotheism

The meaning of monotheism is the belief that there's one and only one God. Polytheism is the believe that there are many gods, not just one. They do not necessarily all agree with each other. There are potential conflicts or often manifest conflicts between them. And so that's what I refer to as traditional polytheism in the book.
