Anke is a free app that can be used to help you with language learning. The web-based version of the application works on any computer or mobile device, even if it has an active interne connection. It doesn't have any cost associated with it, which is great for people who need as few distractions as possible. But i will say that the simple of the inter face can be a downside for a lot of people, because it can come across as boring.
