Cancoon Trip

Britan is 38. He and his wife have no other debt other than the home, worth 800 grand. They just re financed 205 thousand dollar mortgage at weight for it,. That's a 30 year fixed. We find it hard to save as an emergency in an emergency fund - unless you count the cancoon trip as an emergency. Cancoon is an emergency, because you might kill each other if you stick around and don't take a trip any time soon.
