Ashley: When I first started out, it was very much like on the on a piece of paper is like, here's what the expenses are. And then I actually got very diligent and verifying everything. Right now my line of credit is a lot cheaper than using hard money or a private money lender. So I want to use that to my advantage so that I can be more competitive because I have that rate.
