The History of Web Assembly

Web assembly came from a lineage of technologies that have been trying for years to kind of improve execution speed and the browser. It uses web assembly to generate like hashes so much faster and without having to depend on like cryptographic hash generation included in OJS. Web assembly was basically a culmination of SMGS effort of dismantling these problems into what web assembly is doing. The technology now fulfills this need to be able to compile existing code in other languages to run in the browser.
