The Right Way to Do It

During the time of Omar ibn Khatab, the Muslims had conquered huge parts of land. He wanted that land to be used to resettle Muslims in these areas. The way they did it was not the right way or even if it should be done. There's a story, and I'm going off track, I'll come back and show along.
