The Gillibrand Amendment Prohibits Special Access Program Activities Related to Unidentified Anomaly Phenomena

Arrow is a new government group called the All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office. The Gillibrand amendment also has a sweeping prohibition on any future direct or indirect funding for any special access program activity related to unidentified anomalous phenomena. It implies explicitly that the Congress is aware of a strong suspicion, possibility that this might just be true. I'm still incredulous that this is not yet attracting the interest of the front pages of major newspapers because it is momentous.
