Buchanan's insights in terms of public choice, he talked about politics as or he talks about public choice as politics without romance. So we're taking off the rose colored glasses that we can just find these great smart full of integrity types of people and put them in the halls of political power. But it's a lot more messy. And so once you open up an industry to government intervention in some way, you're going to have to deal with the fact that there's a natural propensity for that to grow.
