I'm Responsible, but Then There's Nothing

When I heard it, I actually thought to myself, at least they're taking responsibility. The alternative, which is blame, make it on the world, seems problematic. To come out and say, I'm responsible, but then there's nothing. That seemed a little odd. And to your earlier point me here, maybe I'm also skeptical because I'm not really buying the story that they're telling us.
