Leaders need to create a psychologically safe environment where diverging opinions can be voiced and heard by others. Be a role model yourself if you are a leader of that vulnerability and openness about who you are, she says. Create like almost like a psychological safety amnesty where you have a slack channel or somewhere that people can bring ideas or that people are able to voice what they think.
