The Debt Service Ratio
David Rothkopf: Janet Yellen is looking at the debt-to-GDP ratio. He says it's not that disturbing, but rates need to be substantially higher than they are now. We have in part because of all the massive QA where the Fed has bought up long-term bonds, we're now running the country's finances like a homeowner with a floating rate mortgage, he says.
