Doris and the Drag Queen

Doris was an artist and got into drag fairly early in his life. He came from a middle class Catholic family in Sydney, which is what they call the neighborhoods of Sydney called Manly Vale. His mother was a very well known character on the Sydney gay scene. She was usually in the clubs or often in the clubs, at least for Doris was performing. And at least once was on the Fishmobile, a Mardi Gras float that Doris had designed.
