In Professor Bloch's book, he does mention the example of Tantura. It's not easy to kill the entire population and extropriate them. In today Israel's government owns 80% of the land. There is no free market. That Central Planning Committee decides that an American who has lived all their life in America, has never been to Israel or Palestine, can pack up and get subsidized housing on stolen property from somebody who's been there for hundreds of years.
