Is It Pleasurable?
It felt like a risk at first because I didn't know exactly what the ideas were going to be. As a student I had some extraordinarily empowering professors who gave me much more of a voice than I ever deserved. And I guess my first principal there was trust the students and I'm really glad I did. We get so excited about the new ideas once they've rethought the class that we're always adding new activities and new content to the class. It just keeps growing and ballooning and it's hard to fit it into a semester.
