Is There Consciousness in the Mind?

There are two questions on waking and dreaming. The first one is from geresh who says, if i got this right, you said that from a dream state, the world of the known sort of pops into existence but does not really exist outside that state. If so, why can't i see the world from your perspective, where you are the dweller? In my waking dream? I should be able to see thes self creation from various perspectives, not just through one mind and one set of sense. Is that true? Only from the perperspective of consciousness or awareness. Just as the waker's mnd creates the dream world, here, also in the waking world
