The Myth of Human Intelligence
Human intelligence and by extension intelligence more generally is something like just a kind of signal of like reproductive fitness much like the preposterous like antlers of extinct importantly extinct Irish elk or um peacock feathers. I think maybe a question here is just do you find that plausibleYeah yeah I think maybe having some know how by now of yeah where we're being mythical and where we're evidence based in our reasoning there's something about that idea even though I agree with you it's this something very attractive about it but there's also something about it like smells a little bit of a sign type version of original sin so you know there's this kind of this sense that humanity is doomed from its inception
