How to Edit Core Data in SQLite

I use an app called SimFolders. It's just a task tray type of thing or menu item up top. And then I've used Core Data Editor, if like I want to edit the core data directly for development purposes. But I've never had really great luck directly editing SQLite, especially with the journaling enabled. So I try not to edit as much as I can, unless I'm trying to break something. Have you used Realm before? I have not. Back in the day, I used a thing called parse. Facebook bottom and disabled them and got rid of them but that's a whole another story.
