What's Missing?

Sandra Melgar was found dead in her home. Her daughter Liz went to the house and cataloged what she thought was missing. She noticed a backpack with an Xbox console sticking out of it. Could this have been the killer's loot dropped in a panic as he ran from the scene? The ex-husband suspected he and a buddy lifted some of Sandra's medication.
