Don't Write, It's Not Like You Have a Story Bank
When you see Don't write, it's not like you have stories in front of you and you can pick the one that fits. It's usually like, Oh my God, where do I find material? Like, what is your recipe for success in this situation? And when you notice little bits and pieces, you just drop them in a Google doc. But yeah, it doesn't have to be a problem. The customer conversation is rich to such a good source. If you just pull out each time you've got a good question or more than one person is having that question of that problem, just have those ready to go.
