i wasted so many saturdays and sundays, so many week ends beause i would stay up so late on a friday. And then i would get up, like, see, the thing is that i couldn't e very easily sleep in. But seven, eight o'clock, i'm up, like i'm up for the day. I didn't get anything productive done over those week ends. Even if i had been smart, i would have at least gotten rested or worked out or taken taken a nap,. That's another way to go, rightbut either way, be intentional.
