People care more about hearing your voice than it is what you're saying at times. If you go into, to anger or emotional spraying on people, your emotions and raising your voice that's an instant turn off for most people when it comes to influencing me. I'm much more influenced by a consistent behavior of your, your, your managed when it's good, yourmanaged when it's bad. The other thing I took it was also measuring results or measuring what the team is doing or where you're going or what you're leading. And so the only way to really know if you're winning versus losing and how to correct what, not to correct is to measure what you're doing.
