The Illusion of God's Genitals
In Ezekiel 1 again a prophet has this image of Yahweh and throwned on a temple. It's almost as if the mutinyim are exposed which is really interesting. I think within the context of ancient Judahite constructs of the masculinity of gods the idea of god having genitals that would are so big would fill the temple is not weird at all particularly in Ezekiel 1.
