How to Set Up Distributed Schedules for Your Organization
Aidan: Distributed is a perfect way to start. Make sure that everyone's taking a turn noticing that you've got a monthly virtual happy hour for your team and you want to have some fun team building event. A few years ago, I was doing a consulting project for a large semiconductor company in Silicon Valley. And they had already set up this rotation program for their housework. But the best practice is also hold people accountable to taking their turn.
