We get anywhere the most of them get around 30 to 40% attendance and we're right at just under a hundred agents right now. From a market standpoint, I mean, you know, it's interest rates, obviously, but we're actually starting to see less and less objections around interest rates. And then what does that do for supply and demand? It'll keep our industry from having any type of major slide because with the supply being so low, the man's going to stay high on the buy side.
