Using Focus and Freedom to Block Distractions

Focus and freedom are two tools that i use to manage attention. I turn on focus for a set period of time, and that ap blocks me from pretty much everything that i find distracting. Freedom is my digital equivalent of taking the junk food out of the house when you're on a diet. The only apt that has essentially unlimited access to interrupt me with a notification is my calendar. Even a short meditation practice will be helpful in developing the capacity to bring your mind back to the present moment. Mindfulness training helps you to train focused attention as well.
