How to Listen to Feedback in Animal Crossing

It would be really great to know how much the development team feels because there's just so much pressure now. There was this video very impressive video with someone kind of reimagining UI fixes and kind of efficiencies to Animal Crossing. The amount of feedback you get is gargantuan like in really sometimes in really smart ways right.
