What's the Key Elements to Every Crime?
A key element to every crime is also the guilty mind, the intent to commit a crime. As trump may say, i genuinely believed i had won the state of georgia. But that's not good enough. You have to prove to a jury of 12 strangers beyond a reasonable doubt, unanimously, that there was this guilty intent. It can be proved circumstantially but it requires some work.
