What Do You Do When You Want to Be a Coach?
I've never had formal coaching training, even though i've been coaching for forty some years now. I don't get my coaching skills from a book or a curriculum. If i have a group of 12 or 14 people around the table, were on the zoom, i can do it on zoom also. So i'm looking for clues to see where the person with the issue or the topic is at and who else wants to say something. And that's more important to me than what i've read in a book or taken in of course. What is your why? Do you have a why that gives you purpose, or cause, or a belief that drives and gives you energy? I absolutely
