How Did You Get Into Real Estate Investing?
We buy houses remodel them and then get them back on the market. We also are moving back into buy and hold. A wholetail is a mix between a full retail rehab, where you take it andyou and youre pressing the comps. And we just call that a fool, a fool retail rehab. The first stab was back in two thousand. It was a terrible marketing. I knew nothing about construction. They were monsters. But i did within 30 days they were the largest projects i've done to day.
